Three accomplishments, I am proud of; being a UP Alumni, being a Carlos Palance Awardee and having the opportunity to be in SPLASH CORPORATION and KILL LEVER, which is also my deepest desire. Why is it important to Kill Lever? This is because Unilver symbolizes the Westernization of a local company. It represents how global powers can eat up small players in local industry. I always believe that there is a war, even the management scholars who anchored on the teachings of "Sun Tzu" will definitely agree with me that the war now is more complex than ever. THis is the time where Information Technology, serves as one of our greatest allies. THis is when management is defined by the informations that we retrieved from the accounts and business partners that we work with, our allies, and put an end to the non-stop loading of foreign companies that benefits for a short-term the accounts but causes a disadvantage of a lot of retail accounts in the future.


This is why I earnestly admire the leadership of SM or SVI for the creation of Efficient Cosumer Response (ECR). Herbert Sy is able to empower retaillers including himself to protect them from the abuses of some suppliers. My passion is to empower retaillers in the country and promote an efficient distribution management where there will be no opportunity loss for the retailers of not carrying a fast moving product of any supplier.


Thus, I have two missions in life, to KILL LEVER and to EMPOWER RETAILERS.
Vision is a nation whose economy benefits the proliferation of local industries. My vision is a nation where people in the communities will no longer have to commute to go to work, but have livelihood that provides them with surplus income so that they can also give more for their family and their community. My vision is a nation that has an established system of information that empowers the people to make rational decissions. My vision is a nation centered in the upliftment of Spiritual awareness and is driven by the desire to help one another. My vision is a nation with politics defined not by immature interest of the few but of the satisfaction of the changing needs of polis.
